"近来好吗？" 这大该是人们长挂在嘴边的见面语吧。。
我好想好想回答。。我非常的不好！！不知为何。。。最近长长睡不好。。。一晚上终起来好多次。。不仅如此。。还老做无理头的恶梦。。不想让人为我担心。。却好想好想有人在身边安抚我。。

是学校压力太大了吗？还是我快发神经了？或者我真被鬼缠身了呢？这些问题都每人能给我一个表准答案吧。。那有何必说出去让人笑话呢？大该是我神经过敏了把。。

真希望能有一夜的好觉。。可能这样我就不会老乱发脾气或老无缘无故的哭了吧。。
真希望所有事能回到重前的简单快乐日子。。。希望自己能别在胡思乱想了。。

I have a strong temptation to hide in my own little world and never step back out again.
I'm so confused.... Is it due to hormones? Is it due to many other reasons? I don't know.

Sometimes it seems as if i try too hard to please everyone around me. I feel like a clown. Smiling even when i don't feel like it. There are enough things in everyone's lives to worry about, why should they worry about a small fry like me. I feel like crying, I feel like screaming, I feel like throwing a tantrum. But i'm still smiling.

Confidence.. Its something that i can try all my life to gain but would never have. One thing i can praise myself for.. I am a relatively good actor though.. I can seem really confident of what i'm doing. But.. never trust me... I don't even trust myself so don't trust me.

I don't even know what I want. I only know that i'm not happy.. Wishes to enclose myself in my self built walls and never have to put on another smiley faced mask.

well.. think how much i "lurv" my nephew is veri well known...
budden recently.. i've decided to try and stop getting him in trouble.. as in scolding or rather screaming at him for non realistic reasons other den due to my temper..
erm.. but den hor... well.. i jus got him into trouble again on saturday and today.. haiz...
First, on sat. He actually peed on the seat cover and did not bother cleaning up.. Well, as ani normal adults would do.. my parents told him to clean up his mess using a piece of toilet paper. And as i tot wad usual ppl will do, just DO IT... budden stupid guy started crying like a DONKEY... and i mean it. as loud as a braying donkey. so... he got caned.
Den today... He actually threw the toilet roll into the toilet bowl and tried to flush it down. Common sense would tell u that the roll would get stuck right? well obviously, someone had no common sense. it got stuck and as usual i seem to be the one that always see his stupid things.. I called him into the toilet and rather sternly told him to throw it into the bin in the future. my mum walked in and asked him to pick up the roll from the toilet bowl and throw into the bin. and as usual the story repeats... boy starts braying like a donkey.. got scolded... continued to bray.. and den out comes the cane. this time round my dad got pissed w his braying and got involved. he screamed.. whole house tries to get my dad not to interfere.. if he interferes.. duno wad will happen. "Quick temper usually results in regretable actions" (Go figure).. out comes the cane.. duno got caned anort (hides in virtual world.. dun like all the screaming) and end result? Cry also have to pick up wad...
so moral of the story.. Jus do wad u are told.. Dun start braying for no good reason.. and.. U will b safe. Right?
Haiz.. Hopes some heavenly being would enlighten him soon and make him more sensible.. stop lying and doing such no common sense actions...
*I promise to continue trying to keep my temper in control and not scream at him*

Happy 2010 everyone!!! May all of you have a wonderful, blessed, happy and fulfilling new year ahead... =) May this new year be peaceful and have fewer major death toll events happening...

Its been a long long time since i've blogged.. hehe. Well should i say this is a good thing? no news means good news right? aniwae... jus a tiny update... I've stopped working and is starting school in a few days!!! Fear.... wad m i afraid of?? I'm afraid that after 2yrs of working n not studying... i'll take a very long time to catch back that momentum... also... I'm afraid that with the many many projects coming up... I m afraid that i might not be good enough to be of use to anyine in the project work... also... my choice of group partners might not be good? I duno... hopefully i'm lucky enough to get smart n friendly groupmates.. =)

Buts yays... its a new year and i'm very much looking forward to going back to school... I'm hoping to work realli hard n hopefully cross my fingers and toes.... Get good enough grades to be able to graduate with a good n useful degree.. =) Wads more!!! i wanna get my laptop by THIS YEAR!!!! hehez

lastly... resolution for the year...
1. Stop knocking and banging myself or anione around me... (promise to eileen @.@)
2. Get at least a 3.2 GPA when i graduate... (still an unknown factor... but den.. o well its good to dream big right?)
3. stop being such a bitch when i open my mouth... i've learnt to be quite a bitch during my working stint... :p had been bad mouthing lots of ppl.

finally this little dispute has been all cleared and i thank you for taking time to think the problem through... Its as much my problem as it is yours and i truly believe that this will help prevent alot of future misunderstandings.
In order to prevent such problems from arising again... I promise to keep an appropriate distance from you and when needed i promised to be more civilised and tolerant. Lets just stop agonizing the middle man repeatedly before she goes crazy soon. =)

well.. there is one thing which i hope to clarify... I m not angry that i was told to go home... I m merely dissapointed because i was told unnecessary stuff such as the wide spread due to my coming in contact...

For example you could simply have told me... " bella do u wan to consider going home cos if u realli have it you might be spreading it to others u know..." rather than " bella do u wan to consider going home? if i get it i will spread it to my brother and the whole SAF will get it. and if u go chinatown with us the people there will also get it u know."

AND... I do not mind u being frank with me. Just that alot of times you provide me with unnecessary information that is hurting. Have you ever considered a person's feelings before you speak? Or more pointedly... Have you ever considered MY feelings before you speak? I know U always consider the feelings of someone else before you speak.. maybe that is why u never quarrel with anione else... But u NEVER did spare ani tots for my feelings... that is why we constantly fight... I can ask myself and i can honestly answer u that eversince the fight last year... I had always considered your feelings before i speak.. HAVE YOU??

Moreover kindly get your facts right... I was in contact with the person for not more than 5 minutes and most importantly... I did not even start developing any symptoms... and so how is it possible for me to spread any of my vile germs? (Any person who is in close contact (approximately 1 metre) with someone who has influenza-like symptoms (fever, sneezing, coughing, running nose, chills, muscle ache etc) is at risk of being exposed to potentially infective respiratory droplets) quoted from HPB...

Never have i felt this foolish before... Now all the truth are beginning to dawn on me... All the while i had never had ani importance in my so called fragile friendship... starting from the supposedly happy birthdae chalet... I tot i was doing everyone a favour by joining it together with rayna's so that they did not have to make another time out just to spend this birthdae with me. I was wrong... I should not even haf had this "celebratory" event... I'm grateful to those who stayed and for those who could not stay for reasons from one to another.. I understand n i'm sorry i could not have made a better arrangement for you. But for some who lied time after time to consider on whether to stay... I'm sorry to say... Thanks for putting up a great show. i truly believed. All the same i would like to thank all for making this lovely and unforgettable birthdae surprise for me and i appreciate all your efforts.
Down to another incident... The suspected H1N1 incident... I'm very upset that on the minds of everyone its not the safety or health of the suspected person on their minds... I got told that I might want to consider going home because I might infect them and in turn infect their families and the people around them... I'm sorry I dun mean to be a carrier.. I just happened to unknowingly say hi to someone who's family member just got tested positive. I wish to clarify that this person just received the news that her family member was just diagnosed as positive and it was not her fault. Moreover she herself was not yet proven positive...All the same, I promise to keep my distance and not spread any of my vile germs be it H1N1 or ani others to anyone. If i have inevitably passed any of my vile germs... I m sorry.

been reflecting on my life for the past year till todae and felt that i miss last year loads... Wanna know y? follow me through a time zone n i'll tell u significant footsteps tat i've walked for the past year... =)

1. Finished my last polytechnic papers in around mid february... [miss those days when I sat outside the LTs doing last minute chionging with my princesses]

2. Joined YF session for the first time in march... [In the days to follow, it left a really big difference in my life... This is my biggest step into buddhism full time as well as another step closer to improving my relationship with my sister... Also via this I've known many people from all walks of life whom I believe has changed my life for the better and will continue to make it better with all their advices.. =) ]

3. Officially graduated from polytechnic and was became a part of the society workforce... =)

4. Did my first community service at Mun Fut Tong (Duno how to spell) and trully enjoyed it... It was the first community service that i did willingly without being forced to do it by the school... =) and it was here that i began to gain deeper understanding with 2 members of my carebears... (one of them is dar dar... and the other is our brother wi)

5. Participated in MY first outdoors vesak celebration @ Orchard in May 2008... Here started the formation of the carebears with a veri simple common interest.. we were interested in cartoons tat we had watched during our childhood and we loved to sing... =) Members of carebears??? starting from chronological age... hehe...

6. In the subsequent months to come... I've gained alot of knowledge including that of the Dharma, and everything else.. most importantly i began to understand myself more, knowing what i really wanted to do and what i really dislike.. I began to have my own opinions and not a 跟屁虫...

**I love the days when i got together with my carebears and went to the nursing home in rochor almost monthly to entertain them and bring laughter into their mundane life... but ever since last december onwards.. all of us stopped doing so... and Y is htat??? Could it be we were realli very busy with our daily lives that we could not even spare simply just a few hours to bring a smile into their lives? or could we simply just be too inconsistent and were bored of this?? I realli miss those days when we realli did put in jus a effort and time to bring a big big smile to the faces of these old folks... or m i simply being too attached to this happiness of doing good??** I reali miss those days when we jus sit down and sing together just for the joy of it**

was wondering after lesson by chuan guan shifu on wednesdae. Topic of the day was marriage...
He was mentioning about rape IN marriage. He further went on to discuss whether buddhism really is against marriage?
Well... Buddhism does not support or discourage anyone from marriage. But buddhism encourages all to consider thoroughly before entering into marriage... There are many many things which i believe modern day people do not consider before entering the graveyard of marriage... First of... When they are deeply in love, they failed to recognise that after marriage... there is a need to support the other half in monetary terms... some ladies nowadays believe that as long as there is love... they would be able to survive and they are willing to stick through thick and thin with the man that they love despite them being lowly paid... however, once honeymoon period for the marriage is over and they have to start facing life as it is... they realise that things are no longer as nice as wat they had visualised... married life isn't is as beautiful as they thought it would be... they start fighting... Of course not forgetting... with marriage life comes another package... SEX... inevitably.. people tend to think it is perfectly to think of sex in a marriage... however... after all the quarrels that occur aftr some time.. ladies tend to.... well.... shun away the other half... this is the time when troubles start to brew... some desperado would start to "force" themselves on the other half... thus resulting in the problem... RAPE IN MARRIAGE...
However... think of it this way... we were all in breed with the idea that sex and marriage comes as a package... once u r married... you are entitled to "sleeping" with the other half... so how should the court rule when the woman is just no longer INTERESTED in the deed? it cannot be totally considered raping right? afterall they are still lawfully wedded and .......
after all this... i still think we should consider whether we are IN LOVE or simply just BEING IN LOVE? are we loving the other half wholeheartedly? Do we consider their positions no matter what we do? Do we realli love them in the sense that we are willing to sacrifice our personal gains for them? or are we simply jus being in love? we are loving the feeling of being loved? are we simply jus being realli happi with being loved by the other person... are we in love with the way the other half thinks of u no matter wad he/she does? tat u are always in 1st position when something needs to be done?
Go Figure....

m here to rant and rave again....
lets start with the ranting first shall we? well... feeling cheated.. sobx. thought the girls wanted to watch 17 again together.. so i did not watch it with dar on Sunday and watched Taken instead. Who knew... Both of them already watched it one with her boyfriend and the other with her friends... sobx... now even eric has gone to watch it alone... i've no one to watch it with... sobx.... looks like i gotta skip the movie now... though eileen was being very sweet and said or rather insisted that she wanted to watch it again... but... I dun wanna make her waste $$ and watch a movie twice... so looks like i'm gonna give this movie a miss.. SOBX... ** note to self.. shall not believe everything they say completely... FEELING XTREMELY CHEATED!!! sobx..

Lets rave now... Taken was a relatively nice movie despite all the violent killings.. but i like the show cos the main lead (FATHER) who was an ex-government security protector killed loads of bad guys with the simple goal: to save his 17 year old daughter from on abductors who sold her to some amazingly rich guys as a prostitute.. Happy ending for the movie.. =)

Aniwae.. people... go down to Orchard this weekend... Its Vesak @ Orchard 2009!!! May is coming and it is the significant month for buddhists... =) Come if you have the time.. Take a little stroll along the Ngee Ann City Openspace area... C ya there!! ^.^

its 24th of march 2009 and i'm down with the bugs again.... started having sorethroat every morning i wake up since a few days back... den over the weekends due to loneliness and all alone at home... the buggy came in full blown and hit me down on sundae... but.. i still braved to work on mondae n managed to last the whole day... WOOTS n KUDOS for my bravery ppl.. hehe. den i went to c the doctor on monday nite n managed to convince him to give me MC... so.. here i m slacking at home the whole day... relatively good rest i had... woke up at 9+ to call back office and called again at almost 10 cos bee said sister haven reach office but when i called later on.. erica say sister oso on leave.. hahahahaha...
well nvm. i ate a good long breakfast and swallowed my medicines down... den i started shivering badly cos of the damned ventolin... so back to bed i went and slept all the way to 2pm... den read story book all the way till 4+ and started to cook something for dinner den eat finish now here i m online n bugging everi living person.. wahaha... ciao back to buggin the daylights or rather nightlights out of my friends online.. =)

Hmmm... looks like i haven been updating veri often eversince CNY huh...
Well here's some bit of my life...my first year at office is more or less veri uneventful... now that i intend to alreadi quit my job i was initially worried tat i would not get into Uni for the July semester... so i sort of asked renee is it ok if i went into kmspks work as an intern if i nv get into school.. she said is ok cos later 1/2 of the year got quite some stuff to do too. =) so now i'm sort of quite relaxed about my second 1/2 of the 2009 year.. haha...
Big worri now is the Vesak Day... There is a Vesak @ Orchard and a Vesak @ Temple... Performance Big day is approaching soon and no progress has been made... shucks... Time is super tight with all of our super tight schedules... My 21st is coming and YF retreat is coming too!!! so much things to do and try with so little time to do... I need more then 24 hours in a day!!!
okie i'm done ranting... ciao ppl...

Was having a CNY lunch with my colleagues n bosses last wednesday (04/02/2009). Venue of "crime" was at Jumbo at Dempsey... Y i call it the place of "crime"? welll its cos i was sinful n ate lots of innocent seafood... haha.. i killed loads of sea creatures in my sinful splurge to satisfy our tummies... Well honestly... i have to admit.. the food was fantastic!! We had a total of 8 dishes for Lunch...
1st: Yu Sheng (The first time of lunar new year tat i get to Lao Yu sheng)
2nd: Shark's Fin (I shd nt have supported eating shark's fin.. I was too weak in resisting. Sorry)
3rd: Prawns (Mouth was itching after i eat it.. Allergy)
4th: Black Pepper Crab (Heavenly butter n black pepper taste.. Woots wans go back for more)
5th: Fish (Fishes steamed simply is the BEST!!)
6th: Scallops + Squid + Capsicums (Didn't have much of it though capsicums are my Fav)
7th: Noodles (Was too full to enjoy this dish, but it tasted good though)
8th: Sea coconut for dessert (Finally... A cold one..)
Total cost of the whole sinfully tasty meal for 18 people? $873 + a few cents which i forgot was how much...

Well.. I have to admit... though i was killing many poor innocent creatures by overeating n reckless way of eating... I have to thank these creatures for giving me such a wonderful experience... YUM! =)

I went down to SIM to settle my applications after that meal... :) m a happy girl now cos a load off my mind. Cheers to everione.

PS.. Its the 14th day of Lunar calendar... Happy Lunar New Year people... May all of u be healthy and happy. May all of u who are working or graduating soon have satisfaction at u'r current or future Jobs... Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu..

there are certain things in life which we dun haf a say in and yet you wish that you could have been given a chance to do something to change the way the final result is.
I am so sick and tired of the things that had been going on lately... How i wish i could have done something to change everything.. Maybe a life could have been saved.. Maybe tears wouldn't have fallen.. Maybe white hairs would appear so fast.. Maybe maybe maybe...
How many maybes do we have in life which could have been avoided and discarded... I have just allowed something that i would regret for life occur on my watch... I wish i could have at least tried... Although i know that it would be useless but at least i could have tried... I should not have been so cowardly.. I should not have been afraid... I should not have let it happen...
Although i know that clinging onto anithing is wrong... but.. i also know that I should have let anithing go without a fight...

m in a veri difficult and sticky position.. sobx.
earlier last year when i was still studying in poly, I decided that after i graduated I do not want to continue on with my studies alreadi... shortly after i graduated, I found a job and verbally promised that i would be working there for quite a few years before i leave the company for greener pastures. However, as the days went by... it slowly began to dawn on me that i NEEDED to study in order to be in a better financial position and to do the things that i want to do. Thus i decided in the quarter of last year that i wanted to enrol in a local private university to continue on with my studies...
BUT... now that it is the start of a new year... i am starting to have doubts regarding my decision... with the presence of a new boss over our heads.. think the doctors were planning to leave after the end of this year. which means if i leave in june.. the purpose of training up new staff jus to work for these few months is veri veri wierd. Moreover... the uniform which was tailor made for us is coming at around the end of jan (if the rumour is true) or it could come later... I would only be wearing it for a few months before i leave the company... How bad can i get... Most importantly... I would be breaking my promise to the company that i would stay there for at least 2 years...
Haiz... I jus told my mum about the possibility of me starting my studies in jan 2010 and she seemed veri angry with me... SOBX..

Resolution 2009

Its been 5 days after the crossing over from 2008 into the 2009. Looking back.. 2008 was full of alot of ups and downs. but on the overall.. 2008 was a gr8 year for me.
In the past years.. i have either set impossible resolutions or never ever set ani resolutions. However... this year.. i've grown up le!!! I wanna set resolutions that i can meet and m determined to meet!!!
1) I wanna learn to think before i speak... (Recently a fren told me that after my fight with bee... I have learnt to be polite to her... That fren told me that it was a good thing... and she liked that change in me cos in the past i was realli mean... so that set me thinking and i realised that alot of people had indirectly or directly hinted to me that i was a person with poisonous tongue and I always make people 下不了台 after i speak.) so... I promise that this year i will try to kick alway this bad bad habit of mine... =)
2) I need to learn how to start being thrifty again... i realised that after i started working... My original spendthrift ways haf disappeared into thin air and i m a terrible spender... Now i m constantly taking taxis around Singapore... (sobx)
3) i need to learn to be on time again... I haf learnt this bad habit of being late for my appointments now.. I promise to learn to be on time...

i am quite pissed off by this incident... Well.. someone can tell me about mirror reflections... how I treat someone is definately reflecting how that person treats me... Shouldn't tat tell u something about the problem? Putting all the blame on me on how i treat u is definately not going to solve the problem.
On monday 22/12/2008, we were at Sasa in Hougang mall and I showed you the perfume... I told u if they decided to buy that you would have to make the trip back down to HOUGANG MALL... You are staying in hougang, is asking u to go back down to hougang mall that difficult a request? If you yourself were to recall, You firmly said NO and was grumbling saying that I was on leave i should be the one buying the thing since i was so free. That was why i told u i was about to quarrel with you and told u to leave before we start quarelling in public. Now you are telling me i NEVER ASK YOU PROPERLY. so how do you define properly? Kneel down and beg and ask you to go and buy?
I am not going to apologize for this. If in future, we are going to have to treat each other as we are doing now... Den I can't help it. I can only apologize to eileen for making her suffer for this problem.

right.. haven't been updating for long long time le. haha.. been quite busy lately.. wad wif work, buddhist lessons, planning for old folks home visits, writing a song for a 新歌发表 on new year's eve at Kong Meng Shan. Yes u ppls heard me rite. i wrote a new song together with two of most musically talented people tat i know. unbelievable but true. hehe. interested to hear? can come hear us sing on new year's eve. its a all through the night party. so interested can drop a comment in my tag box of sms me bahz. =)
aniwaes. had been rude to my dad last night and i know i should not haf said tat but i m so not going to apologize. he is so unreasonable lorz. know tat i was fuming at the time den purposely wanna irritate me so i sarcastically refuted him "politely" and gt scolded. Wad gives him the right to irritate ppl when ppl haf to c his 脸色 all the time and when he make ppl angry we cannort irritate him back. PISSED. bye folks.

has been to the hospital to remove all my nuisance wisdom teeth. ALL! yes ALL! hehe. all four of them. honestly. other den the after effects of the medicine and operation. other den being constantly sleepy cos of the anaesthetic... its not painful at all. Thanks to the surgeons who are quite experienced at pulling out tons of ppl de wisdom teeth. hehe. n o ya. other den constantly being giddy cos i can onli have liquid diet these few days.
but right now.. exactly 1 week after the op. i'm finally able to bite food.. YAY!!! but. i take an extremely long time to chew these normal food cos the food tend to run into the 4 newly created holes in my mouth. tee heez.

jus for those who didn't know... i went to taiwan with my family... hehez..
I LOVE TAIWAN... the ppl there are so friendly and the food there is resonably yummy and the clothes there gt quite alot of variety.. =) most importantly.. think this is the 1st country tat i go to but dun feel that sense of insecurity...
my mum said its cos we can communicate with the ppl there tats y dun feel so lost. but i dun think so... cos the sense of insecurity is always there when i'm in malaysia... (dun we have even more languages in common?) haha...

wads most important in my post tis time round is.... i gt STUCK in hongkong for one dae cos of typhoon.... here is the story:
i was supposed to take cathay pacific from taiwan - hong kong and hong kong - singapore.... but.... i end up stuck in hongkong for one whole day because of the typhoon. all flights out of hong kong were either delayed or cancelled... soooo the airlines company sorta arranged hotels for us to stay in.. had to stay in Regal Hongkong Hotel... honestly... the hotel is NICE! think its 5 star or something. aniwae. they haf this veri cool system for informing the guests things via the television. They actually have personalised messages for the guests in each room... for example: they told us via the TV that our lodgings were free but food and other expenses were not free.. and tat we gotta call the airlines company for our flight out. they even gave us the number.. SO COOL...
the sad thing is... though we get to stay in hong kong... we gt no $$$$$!!! this stay was unexpected.. so we did not have ani HK dollar on us!! thank god my sis had some singapore $$ and her credit card on her.. wahaha.. so we changed our sing $$ to HK $$ and managed to get some cheap food and some clothes to change for the night... so dramatic trip lorz.. haha..

looking at my previous post... i onli stayed healthy for 3 weeks before falling seriously ill again.. well here i m again... super sick... =) looks like my immunity system is falling apart... time to send it to the repair company for so work...
maybe i'm now so weak cos my body isn't realli accustomed to me running around all day without ani rest bahz... in the past i used to b the everi weekend will stay at home n rot de person.. but now... i barely even have time to sit down n rest... even my weekdays after work is soooo busi. haha.
O and let me make clear something.. the carebears band... is a "band" haha... like a "band of bandits" the band is jus meant to mean a big group.. haha.. we are jus a group who love to sing impromtu..

first things first... I GRADUATED!!!!

look like Harry Potter uhz.. haha... aniwae.. kudos to all of us who managed to graduate smoothly... and congrats to xiuzhen, siti and my pokie.... they got the top 3 positions for the course namely the bronze, silver and gold medals... =)
ESP my pokie who gt the GOLD MEDAL...

Next, i have been so damn sick since last thursdae and its thursdae again tmr... meaning i have been sick for more then a week... sheesh. someone save this poor ger here.... i'm contemplating whether to c the doctor later... if i get MC i most probably wun go to work tmr.. budden... i was stoopid enough not to hang the key back to the hook todae... shit.. looks like i have to go to work tmr... arrgh!!!!

Next, my poor keyboard jus died after i rescued it from the clutches of the ppl in the zoo yesterdae... (sorrie i meant my nephews... =p) i tried to resuscitate it and save it from entering the heavenly realms... but i guess it hates me too much for once sending it to hell... okie... i've officially offended jenna and made her super duper angry with me... so i mus apologize profusely... its time to clear the cobwebs away from my soon to be rotting blog... =)
been quite busy lately... i've joined this youth fellowship thing in the kwang ming shan temple... been quite fun and got to know alot of other fellow buddhists... just realised that my knowledge of buddhist is sooo shallow and i should buck up more...
aniwae.. at the beginning, the main reason for joining this thing was to try to get onto betta terms with my sister because i was sick of being ignored by her all the time. so i went for this ting so that we could have a common topic.. IT WORKED... at least i can now converse with my sis for more then 5 minutes...
aniwae.. because of this youth fellowship thing. i went to the mun fat tong nursing home on the last sunday of april and we tried to cheer up the sick elderly there... at first it was damn awkward cos the old ppl there simply ignore me.. budden the longer i sat there and after singing and dancing for them, the warmed up to us much betta... when we left some of the old folks even cried.. how touching lorz... hope can go there and cheer them up soon...
aniwae... amazingly, my sister invited me to go watch movie together with her and her frens... YAY... c my sacrifice was not in vain.. haha... aniwae... had fun talking to the ppl from the temple and giong to this awareness place thingy to listen to the talks...

okie think i haven tell u ppl... but actually i started working last week... i'm now in Singapore Baby and Child clinic in Gleneagles medical centre... thanx to Mdm Kalpie who intro me to this job...
Erm.. wad can i say?? i think the working environment is quite nice as in.. when u need help the ppl will try to help.. budden.. it seems like there a little veri politics or something like tat... like u dun like me i dun like u sort of situation can b seen.. budden i think it is everiwhere.. jus whether it is obvious anort...

aniwae.. my working hours are 8.30-5pm... but i onli work till 1pm on wednesdaes and saturdaes... so come to think of it... it is a five day week larz.. haha... there is a auntie there veri nice.. she always go hospital da pao lunch for all of us cos we no time to eat.. so she will collect order and help everione buy lorz... and the packet of rice is always so big until me and eileen gotta share one packet of rice everidae.. and the auntie there will like everidae oso act veri shocked.. -_-" like... hello? do they have to ask the same sentence everi single day???

good news... i've finally managed to "partially graduate" from polytechnic... haha.... cross u'r fingers and toes for me to make sure i pass everything smoothly okie... haha...

aniwae... Last fridae was somewhat sad for all of us... it was officially the last day of school and the whole course was there... do what? poster presentation... erm... the poster presentation went quite smoothly except for the question "wad does u'r accelerated shelf life mean for u'r product? how long is the exact time?" haha.. all three of us were stuck there... other then dat.. think the day went smoothly...

during the SIFST party... i sort of won the game prize... it is a veri nice set of memo notes... lucky draw.. bee (27), fang (20.. i think), rayna (18th.. or something likee tat) and u know wad!?!?! VANESSA won the 1st prize!! but we didn't get to take.. cos we left early for her bf de b'dae... haha... sad... but nvm... we entertained ourselves and had quite alot of fun...

it is amazing i managed to survive thus far... haha... this chinese new year seriously is the most stressful and tedious one ever.. haha... i was supposed to submit my accounts project and MP report on mondae (11/02/2008)=> 初5... like i was acting superhero during this period of time.. haha!!! i have to say... my accounts grp members suck except for 1 veri sweet and trustable ger... although she everitime oso tell me she veri tired and veri sick... budden she is the most reliable one... wahaha... if i get A for my accounts... i told her i will treat her... think i'll most prob buy a bar of chocolate or something like tat for her...
aniwae... was staying at sharons house on 初3 till 初4... honestly... i felt very cosy at her house... duno y... budden after staying over at so many ppl's house... this is the 1st house that i think feels homely... haha... though her house the birds damn noisy... =p

had my FSM cafe yesterdae where i was part of the management team... one word to describe the whole experience... SUCKS...
we actually had this very nice picture in our minds that everything would run so smoothly.. BUT!!! damn it.. the appetizer was wrong for no reason... the pasta was wrong.. the entree was wrong... the vegetable was wrong... thank god the dessert got no problem... if not i can go bang wall and DIE!
1st question... wat is the problem with incorporating the cucumber skin into a salad? it had been added in for the COLOUR!!! u colour blind or something? oso!!! den... more fibre u know!
2nd question... wat is the problem with having shredded vegetables for salad? y mus chop them up???
(even MR LAU... the chef ask us... y cannot like tat serve uh? wat is wrong with her?)
3rd question... U were the one who added the salt and pepper into my potatoes and u scold us for adding too much pepper???
4th question... y mus u b a bitch about placing the uncooked tomato on the table? it is not as if i am not going to cook it at extremely high temperature wad...

jus finished NAPFA on saturdae (12/ 01/2008) and guess wad ppl... I failed! haha... and i so the dun intend to retake it.. unlike some of my frens who are damn bent on passing their NAPFA.. haha... wads so good about taking a gold medal? all you get are a few seal points which you so dun need right? haiz... aniwae... the whole NAPFA system NEEDS to be improved!!!
1stly... why set the rule tat you mux complete all 6 stations all on the same day? y can't we take the 5 stations indoor where the rain does not reach and take the 2.4km someday else?
2ndly... the people who conducted the test are super good at "moh-ing" they wasted so much of my precious time lor!Make us reach at 7am den waste time till 9am den can register... den drag again till 9+am almost 10am den can start doing... by then we are alreadi sweating like pigs and since its so hot and we woke up so early, all of us wan sleep readi... DEN... mus wait for the WHOLE 200+ ppl to finish doing all stations den can go run the 2.4km... den... the stoopid watch spoil.... and u can imagine we stood in the mid-afternoon sun and wait for them to FIX the watch... sobx... aniwae... I admit... i didn't even bother to run haha... i practically walked all the way... la la la... =p
in the night... we went to BALCONY to celebrate leen's 20th birthdae... =) and the actual day is todae.. so.. (happi birthdae leenie baby) the food there not bad... quite worth the price.. so PPL!!! next time can go there eat... the ambience is quite good too... veri romantic...
den we went upstairs to drink... since there were two cups of "unwanted" drinks... we had to play some games to make the loser drink some of it... overall we spent about 2hrs to drink finish the 2 cups... haha...

MY MP for example... i'm going to make another 6 samples within tmr's 4+ short hours to send to the company... pray hard to god that i can make it... haha... cos we used 10+ hours to do 6 samples the previous time and tmr we onli gt lesser then half the time... haha... WORRIED!!!

finally submitted the major project proposal yesterdae... the stoopid teacher actually went overseas for holidae when we had alot of questions to ask her... feel like banging her head on the wall haha... **i'm getting quite violent** aniwae... went to school yesterdae at 9am... we actually planned to hand in before lunch den can go home sleep... but but but... we ended up handing in the report at 6pm.. haha... the printing shop actually close le... but den we beg them to open the shop for us to print our report... thank god they obliged... haha... den we realised tat we printed the wrong coverpage format... so we rush to library to print... den we realised that we had to bind tat piece of paper to the rest of the report. hehe... so we ask the librarian whether she gt binder anort... she say dun haf... den she tink awhile den ask us go ask the design there de shop... luckily the lady nice enough to help us bind without making us pay.. haha.... so sweet.

well... its finally the end of the attachment period... for me.. its a bitter sweet moment...
during my attachment there, though i was complaining day in day out... i realized that as i got used to the "torturings" of the ppl there... it became part of a daily routine which would be sorely missed in the future days... however, as my supervisor mentioned... no matter how much we like that place, we will inevitably look forward to the end of this horrendous period and celebrate leaving this place.
despite being offered a permanent position there by the boss... i've decided that i will only choose to go back there if I really cannot find any job has no "future" in any industry... because i realized that in that company... there is nothing which we can look forward to... the promotions there are extremely rare and the pay which they offer to their staff is relatively low compared to others in the industry... moreover, it seems to me that there is not much challenge or things to learn in this particular place... shouldn't life be a neverending path of learning? wahaha... aniwae...
they were nice enough to oder pizza, curry puff and o ya... celebrate my birthdae by buying 5 different flavours of cakes so that i have a choice... haha... will miss them much...
now... its reports time!!! tee heez... shall chiong reports in school for the rest of the 2 weeks i think...
and o ya... i was thinking of going to learn something during this short period... maybe singing or malay or playing an instrument... anyone any suggestions? wanna come along??? =)

wat an unlucky week i had... haha... first thing was.. i was trying to calibrate this stupid chloride meter... it refused to let me calibrate it... make me spend the whole day trying and let my samples pile up sky high and all the uncles were chasing me to approve their product so that they can add it into the inventory as an approved product... den i accidentally broke a $50+ de burette... this is gonna leave a bad bad mark on my life man.... o ya... and the chloride meter which refused to be calibrated managed to be calibrated the first thing the next morning... it drove me up the wall man!!! den den den... i was stupid enough to knock into a lamppost at the interchange... it left a big fat bump on my head and it is awfully painful now... i knock le... i didn't dare to look up... i jus wok on while looking at the floor...haha.. next dae i wok past the lamppost i was stoopid enough to ask my fren whether the lamppost got a dent in it and he laugh at me throughout the whole week... sobx... haha... o ya... and the stupid chiller spoilt this week which means my dichlorophenol solution which had to be kept cold when not in use spoilt... thus make me spend more time re-making the solution thus leading to another sample buildup... haha... how unlucky could i get... hope the last 2 weeks will be a thousand times betta... =)

had an unucky dae at work todae... =(
first thing in the morning... i broke a $50+ de burette... so i think its gonna go down into my "bad record" sobx... well... what can i say... it jus fell out of the stand when i touched it!!!! i was simply too busy to remember there was a big fat burette behind me!!!! haiz... whats done is done wat can i say?!?!?
den the stoopidest and most frustrating thing was that i was trting to recalibrate the stoopid ion meter todae... however no mater how hard i tried, i could not manage to calibrate it right... even when my supervisor sat in front of me... i also cannot manage to calibrate it lehz... sobx... i wanna go and knock the wall n DIE!!! Calibrating that damned meter took me the whole day and up till now i still can't get the correct calibration so i shall have to try again tomorrow... hope i can get it right tomorrow... =) and since i was trying to calibrate the stoopid meter, it messed up my sample sequence because most of the samples todae required the test for sodium which cannot b done without the meter... since the pH meter is joint together with the stoopid chloride meter... i also did not do my pH testing.. so i think tomorrow i'm going to get heart attacks doing all my todae's samples cum tomorrow's samples cum the stoopid calibration... haiz... kill me someone!!!

hmm.. haven been blogging for a super duper long time... hehe... attachment sucks... haha... after about 7 weeks... i'm finally changing from the research and development part of the lab to the quality check and analysis portion... erm... lets jus say... each portion has its own good... haha... being in the R&D portion allows me to bake and stand up all day... thus allowing me to lose some fats.. haha... i'm proud to announce that i've managed to lose some weight and is finally looking slim.. haha... but the sad point of being in that section is that i have to face up to the boss directly... which means he will question me directly if anything goes wrong with the things that i bake... isn't that sad and scary...

being in the quality analysis and checks portion of the lab means i would have to sit there all day and do chemical tests, take pH, moisture and maybe walk around a little to do incoming.. also... being in this department means that i have to face that stoopid woman who seems to have thrown all her work to my partner... haha... but who can blame her? he is realli veri nice to bully... back to the disadvantage...the greatest disadvantage is that i would start fattening up again because i'd be sitting down practically all day!!!

erm... updates of my life? eat sleep work... and the cycle repeats itself daily... cept for maybe some life during the weekends which entirely tire me out... haha... bought a pair of skates and some clothes recently... lemme admit... i've been spending more than i should lately... and i'm feeling real guilty over it... haha...

well... my blog had been stagnant and collecting lots and lots of dust over the past two weeks... haha... talking about my attachment... the past two weeks had been quite stressful because there are lots of companies requesting that we do test bakes for them... the full time staff had been... well can i say... lazing? they were merely sitting there and slowly type one letter by one letter into the computer... my dear partner who can testify to why we'd both been super duper busy would say it was all that stoopid "G" woman's fault... all of us keep wondering where on earth does she keep disappearing to... she keeps claiming that she is very stressed and has lots of things to do... and we jolly well know why she has LOTS of things to do... she sits at the comp all day... staring either at a blank screen or else she would be typing one letter by one letter into the excel sheet... what can i say... is she a comp idiot or was she merely trying to make full use of us "cheap labour" attachment students... haha... well... this week i finally saw all the caucasians working in the company... all of them look quite scary but they are quite friendly i guess... haha... hope none of them will scold me...
ani way... i realized i'm quite a bad baker... my products haven been consistent.. meaning despite trying the same recipe... i dun get the same results... so i'm trying my best to get good results... cross u'r fingers for me ppl... hehe

my first week at work is finally over... what can u say... life there is like the chinese saying... du ri ru nian... haha... in other words... minutes pass like years and hours feel like lightyears... my 3 mths attachment feels like it is never going to end!!?!?!? the worst thing is... the SP students have completed their 7 weeks attachment... which means i no longer got ppl to help me when i'm feeling tired or lost... and the oven pans are damn hot and heavy... can u imagine how hot it is if your hand jus turns black the minute u accidentally touch it?!?!? that is BURNT like BURNT!!!
the part where i actually dread is the journey home.. haiz... i finish work at 5.45 and i reach home at 8.15pm.. can u imagine how long my journey takes?!?!? do u have any idea how torturous!?!?!? it is 2 n a 1/2 HOURS!!!! singapore is so small and yet i need such a long time to travel to work!!!! kill me!!! i wan my three months to fly by ASAP!!! omg... and my first week at work is nort even over yet and i alreadi got invited to a wedding.. I can forsee my $440 going down the drain... haha

well... attachment in the west... in this particular company called CerealTech... this company is an enzyme related company... well... working there is quite fun... esp when my in charge(s) are from TP n SP... =) they are young n vv fun to b with... but they are extremely strict when it comes to "business"... for example... no forms of jewellery watsoeva... nort even a small ear stud... so i was thinking... by the end of these three months... i think my ear hole will jus close up.. haha... aniwae.... there happens to b a rat problem rite now.. and well... though they haf placed lots of rat poison everywhere... the stoopid rat seems to be strong n going... haha... so we sort of gotta check first thing in the morning that the stoopid rat was nort at work in the night... haha... aniwae... the journey there... shall i say is VERY long!?!?!? it takes me an hour and a half to reach there!!!! imagine my pain daily in the full of people transport... moreover... i always haf this particular feeling that it costs a thousand dollars per chair over there... they are so short of chairs that sometimes lunch oso gotta stand n eat... haiz... but i like the job so far... wonder how i will survive next week onwards when the SP students are gone... they sort of made my life much much better because they entertained me and taught me the basics within the company... like them... =)

woot.. i'm now at my memorable 100th post... hehe... aniwae yesterdae went to the dnd... erm... it was quite fun...
the dressing part... well when u see others dress u feel so the hmmm... y is my dressing so normal lor!!! haha... but... the most impt lesson of e dae is.... (drumroll pls...) ALWAYS FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF... YOU CAN ALWAYS OUTDO OTHERS EASILY IF YOU BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.... =) haha...

yoz ppl... i'm back in action again!!! hehe... the guy who was fixing my comp was good! haha... he managed to rid my comp of the virus n install the legal windows for me within like 6 hrs i guess.. yesterdae morning send to him... evening called n say can take go home readi... the best part is... none of my files were deleted in the process... =) hehe.. aniwae... went out on the most boring "date" yesterdae.. haha... went to marine parade to find qi den after diner jenn n me loitered around marine parade for a few minutes n decided to get onto bus 31 n den decide where we wanted to go on the bus... on the bus... we managed to change our topic until we were like 2 stops away from bedok den i suggested going to the ikea n courts n giant megastore to find jenna's long dreamed of de oven... so we "rushed" down the bus... while waiting for bus 168 to the megastores... we decided to jus go the library... haha.. den after being in the library for a few minutes we decided to go home... c so boring hor... haiz... okie i feel like sleeping le... tata ppl... =)

hmm... so long nv blog le... eversince my exams are over... i began working in estee lauder... the people working there... shall i say the ladies are all veri pretti!!! all of them are like omg... so pretti larz!!!
but... nvm... i shall charm all of them into letting me quit and break my 2 months bond... haha... no larz... i found out that we have SIP breifing on 4th of april... and since my DnD falls on 28th march and i dun think i will have energy to work on 29th... i decided to quit lorz... betta to quit den to make things difficult for people by telling them i wan to take off den making life difficult for everione rite??? c i so totful... haha... i told a white lie larz... i told them i flunk my exams and have to retake on the 29th... haha... well... the good news is... i managed to fulfil my own new year's resolution!!! i manage to rid myself of the curse of failure as well as the horrific Ds... my lowest is D+ which is still betta den plain ole D... haha... the thing is... my highest is B+ which means i m another step closer to my goal of getting at least an A... =) always look on the bright side of life shouldn't I? haha...

its was chinese new year!! =) had reunion dinner... we sort of booked the reunion dinner set offered by NTUC.. erm... it was nort bad lorz... had a huge variety and tasted delicious... BUT BUT BUT!!!! they came in the frozen form!!! so we had to either microwave them or fry them... this made a HUGE HUGE mess in my kitchen... to rephrase... it was even more difficult to handle den a steamboat... so we decided that in the future we would just stick to restaurants... haha...

went to town todae to celebrate leen's birthdae in advance as well as to help rayna give out the open house promotion notebooks.. lest jus say.. this is an eventful dae with lots of free gifts... haha... 1st-ly we went to dhoby ghaut... but they say dhoby ghaut onli needed 4 ppl... so they sent rayna to somerset.. so we wok from dhoby ghaut to somerset... but since we reached before rayna did... we decided to go john little to wok... but instead of wokking as planned... we decided to help this person earn some commission.. .we decided to go help her do some sensory evaluation of some drink since we were considered trained panelist right? haha... so yea... we went into this lift... n it beeped!! it was overloaded!! all of us so light where possible overloaded?!?!? haha... so nvm... we went to lvl 5 of the john little building... the place super lock cock... haha... aniwae... we did this sensory evaluation thingy... n lets just say the juices tasted horrible n the hygiene conditions were horrigible... we saw this lady who was handling the drinks cough into them lorz... but since the set that she coughed into she threw into the bin we decided to act as if we nv c... haha... aniwae... they gave us the palmolive soap as a freebie for doing the test..... so.. yea alls well that ends well... we decided to leave the building.. haha... aniwae... saw weixian working as john litle cashier... omg... he is getting more n more handsome!!! haha... den was on our way to taka for pepper lunch when this sony walkman person woked up to us n requested to take our pics..so yea we let him take den he say he print 10 pieces for us... so we wok round heeren 1st to wait for them to print our pics... haha... it turned out nice lorz... haha so show u the pic...

hmm... okie... heres a short n boring update of my present life... school reopened on 3 jan n i'm in the second semester of my second year... and... well... lets jus say... i had a bad start to my year but i'm determined to make the rest of my year a betta one... haha... =p aniwae... i passed my FPr miraculously... haha... but i failed my adfs... sobx... the question that i totally had no confidence in.. i scored a perfect 10 mark score... but... the calculations question... lets jus say... something went wrong n it caused me my pass... sad lorz... but i'm determined nort to remain sad... because i'm always so happi go lucky right? so... i shall move on to my csas score... the bad news is.. i flunk the research portion i scored 8/20... and i'm so pissed off because i did so do the research i jus messed up my answers lorz... but nvm... the good news is i passed the paper... i gt 15/20... which i personally think is good cos i m so terrible at summaries... haha... i know i can nv nv ever highlight the correct points... so... ya... n yesterdae... we went billy bombers to celebrate fabbie's birthdae!!!
she turned 20 yesterdae... omg... worried... we seem to age too fast hor.. haha.. but... the dinner was wondeful n full of laughter as usual... n lovely billy bombers gave fabbie a hat (b'dae present) n they lent us a fabric pen to decorate the hat for her... so we drew... n then they gave us free ice cream... =) the rum n raisin ice cream which is Ben n Jerry's product is yumalicious!!! haha... omg... i invented a new word... but it is realli worth the try... haha... ppl. if u haf the cash... go ahead n try it... its worth the money!!!!!!

the much hated exams are finally over yesterdae... yay!!! was nort supposed to have school todae... but the stoopid school had to go arrage some stoopid occupational safety hazard (OSH) workshop... n make my life miserable by making me go school despite having finihed my exams... GRRRR...

think i'm having PMS (pre-menstrual symptoms) i'm having a wide variation of mood swings... it could be due to the various stresses that i had been facng throughout these few weeks i think... but lets tok about todae where the mood swings i experienced were so great even i was so shocked with myself.
lets c... 1stly todae's H&W practical class was supposed to start at 9am... however, the person who was supposed to pass on the msg was UN-successful, few of us totally didn't know it was changed to 10am. so i was quite pissed off because if i knew... i could have slept for an Xtra hour! that precious HOUR... haiz...
den i saw my lousy results... i know i scored the highest for the papers amongst those sitting in my row... but to think i spent my whole dae of MC studying from 8am till 12 midnight and the whole of next dae till 5pm b4 i go for the paper n i merely scored 16/21... how shitty can my results get? i'm damn pissed off with myself...
den there'e the H&W project... haiz... i realli tot it was going to finish very fast cos ppl said onli left the editing part which would definately b veri fast... so... okie... we did the EDITING.... BOY!!! it took me from 11am all the way till 3+ almost 4pm den rose n i finished the report n printed it n bind it... the rest of them had all gone... okie.. rose told me i could leave too if i was in a hurry... but... how can i leave? rose had practically been doing all the stuff herself since day 1... and although the gers had been waiting damn long hours for me to go for lunch... so... i was alreadi stopping my tears from flowing... den after dinner... i made peiling help me sign into the school booking system to help me book a project room... n... because there was a serious communication breakdown... i became damn pissed off with poor jenna... haiz... sorrie to peiling and jenna... 1. for making peiling log into the system for nothing... n to jenna for being yelled at for nothing... SORRY SORRY SORRY...
last but nort least... i jus cried finish... but none of my family members know... how "caring"... haiz... Mood Swings!

had the fpqap interview todae... was okie i guess... cept for the calculate ppm part n the wierd question that i seriously think is erm... WIERD... " name one food that had been sterilised and name the storage method for that food..." erm... i didn't know food was sterilised??? i tot they were onli pasteurised... haha
den i ask everione nobodi knew...till i asked xiu zhen n she said is canned food... but i realli dunno whether the answer is right... so overall... i think i'm dead.. haha... aniwae... there is a thing that i've done that pleases me no end... =)
i finally binded my SOFA (Sales Of Food Act)!!! but sofa sounds nicer... more homey feeling... aniwae... i bind it and so... it can from now on... stop falling to bits n pieces n the aunty who help me bind it was sooo nice...
for ppl who had seen before wat a wierd size the booklet is... you should b able to guess nort mani ppl are willing to go to the extent of helping u too bind it cos it is realli lots of WORK... haha..
first she had to cut a piece a normal back n front for the booklet... though she had the machine... i was still nort easy uhz... den she had to but the backbone... haha... den she was saying o so cute.. .this tiny piece u wan take go play? can become ring... erm... this part is -_-"
haha... aniwae... happi happi... tomorrow is csas3 interview n i'm going to library to study after tat.. =)
o ya... H&W powerpoint slides are due this thursday... we haven even start working on it yet... OMG!!! =)

hmm... haven been blogging for long... the term tests are coming and i seriously m so nort in the mood to study lorz...haha... but i have to start cos though there aren't mani chapters to study... the single chapters are all quite THICK... so ppl... when u c me playing... remind me to stick my nose into my books ok? haha... dun wanna fail again... aniwae... yesterdae went for a jog den went jenna n xin's house downstairs to play net ball... jenna n me lost terribly... n i still can nv get a ball into the net... haha... but... after sweating all my "toxins" out... feel gr8... cept now... i have aching mucsles... think muz exercise more often from now on... and o ya... i decided... i haf to get some essentials too... SKIRT N JEANS... in serious need.. haha
